I’m as kind as they come - I’m a lover of our Earth - I enjoy all things ridiculous -

and I’m FABULOUS at high fives!!

A LITTLE ABOUT ME

My primary interest is assisting people to get well, be happy and helping people see their true magic!

This is what makes me sparkle. 

So far in this lifetime, for a very long time I experienced chronic illness and disease, severe anxiety, loneliness and abuse. I was so unhappy! I suppressed my true self and my gifts.

I reached a point where I had to choose my future. And… thankfully, I chose to create more for me.

Having had these experiences, I’m uniquely placed to show, encourage and support others throughout the healing process and to help create the life that they truly desire. After successfully healing myself, I know we are all able to heal and be the beings we came here to be.

MY BACKGROUND

I’ve worked in the arts and music industry, and in corporate human resources. I have a Masters in Commerce (Human Resource Management) and a Diploma in Yoga Teaching, plus a few other academic accreditations, which I picked up along the way.

All my life, I have been learning, attending training and developing my intuition. I’m a qualified Access Bars® practitioner and facilitator, and certified Spinal Energetics and Spinal Flow practitioner.

I use the tools of Access Consciousness in my practice to create quick and dynamic change.
